چکیده
Objectives: Pain management is provided by analgesics. While considerable progress has been made in recent years due to better knowledge of the pathophysiology and mechanism pain, search for new, more effective analgesics with fewer side effects remains relevant. Previous work carried out at pharmacology laboratory Faculty Medicine, Pharmacy Odontology UCAD (Senegal) had shown an anti-inflammatory activity ether extract, as well that methanolic fraction ethyl acetate from Annona senegalensis leaves. This study concerns fractionation total fractions chromatography on a Sephadex column. A phytochemical characterization obtained, followed analgesic derivative extracts mice.
Methods: gel yielded ten fractions. Characterization tests were different derivatives fractions.
Results: Phytochemical revealed presence tannins, alkaloids, flavonoids, sterols triterpenes. The F4 F'4 fractions, rich triterpenes, significantly reduced number cramps low doses (1 mg/kg 3 mg/kg).
Conclusion: triterpenes leaves could be cause plant.
 Keywords: senegalensis, phytochemistry, analgesic.

متن کاملdetection of volatile compounds of medicinal plants with some nano-sorbents using modified or new methodologies and investigation of antioxidant activity of their methanolic extracts
in this work, a novel and fast method for direct analysis of volatile compounds (davc) of medicinal plants has been developed by holding a filament from different parts of a plant in the gc injection port. the extraction and analysis of volatile components of a small amount of plant were carried out in one-step without any sample preparation. after optimization of temperature, extraction time a...
